About Product

Trekell's Gesso Primed Baltic Birch Panel offers the beauty and rigidity of premium Baltic Birch with the convenience of a professionally prepared painting surface. Made from 1/4" B/BB Grade Baltic Birch plywood, each panel is hand-primed with three coats of acrylic gesso to create a lightly textured surface with a consistent tooth that is ready to paint right out of the package.

The rigid wood construction provides exceptional stability and resists the flex commonly associated with stretched canvas, while the professionally applied gesso creates excellent paint adhesion for both oil and acrylic painters. There's no need to seal, sand, or prime—simply begin painting.

Ideal for everything from studies to finished gallery work, these panels offer the durability and performance professional artists expect from a premium wood painting surface.
